I hope that everyone is enjoying the full moon energies and the transition that this cycle is bringing to the earth. We feel your frustrations but we also feel the beautiful elements that you are learning about yourself.
This is a very important lesson ~ to allow the physical self to go through the pain of the challenges but then to realize the beauty that can be born within you.
This cycle is huge and will help each of you to go into a deeper part of yourself. Take the time to step into the core of your emotions so that you can fully accept the change that needs to occur.
As your relationship to yourself changes, the outer elements will fall into place. The parts of yourself that you thought were always going to plague you into believing that you are not who you truly would like to be can be fully erased during this cycle.
We have to remember that it is the Harvest Moon also which represents the growth that occurs after the energies abrupt to make you look at the TRUE YOU. And this will change throughout your development of the Higher Self that you are becoming.
This is because you truly cannot just accept yourself in the way you have done before. Growth does not occur in that manner. Each soul must look within themselves to see the change, to allow this change to be part of a greater aspects that is trying to be realized from your Highest Consciousness into your Physical Consciousness.
Without this interaction, then the experience of feeling challenged is just that; it is not a lesson, it is a moment in time that felt very constrictive. But yet when you allow the Super Consciousness (of your Higher Self) to blend within the Physical Consciousness, then it becomes a heightened awareness that could not be realized before.
So take the time during this cycle to have some realizations about yourself. They are there for the taking; all you need to do is look at it as it becomes more apparent within yourself that all of your minds, of the Conscious, Subconscious, and Super Conscious are becoming One.
Healing comes in many forms but it must start here first through the Divine Mind. Allow this moon to help you realize the potential you have within yourself.

Greetings My Friends,
It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian and Agarthan Councils of Light opening up the energies of all the Agarthan Cities and the network we are all a part of.
Once again we are in the midst of great changes through the higher frequencies of Light coming into the planetary levels making adjustments and changes within the planet and within all of us.
As we stand in this cornerstone of light frequency of Wave-X, we have to understand what these higher frequency alignments represent.
They are coming into Gaia, in the core of her substance which is her crystalline system to emit these energies through all the kingdoms within her domain which includes each of us in human form. As this energetic exchange comes into each individual, it will make you feel quite different in many ways because this frequency of light is a 7th dimensional level. As always as what I have shared previously, it is a vortex of energy coming into your system and through it to help you make the necessary changes within your lives, and your pathway. That is why so many individuals that are not aware of these energies are going through great physical issues and ailments because of the debris they have held in their consciousness within their Etheric Body is going through their four-body system.
Now for each of you that are desiring to be in a higher state of excellence each of your bodies are being affected also. It relates to your lessons and what you learn in your daily life, in your physical consciousness, and how you are able to ascertain what is occurring for you from the higher realms and what is actualizing in the physical realm.
These planetary alignments are opportunities for more growth to occur. I hear so many lightworkers say that they are challenged and hurting during these times of acceleration. But each of you has a responsibility to your own self-healing. No one can do it for you. Others can show you the way. We, as the masters can assist you, but in truth you are the one that is the driver of your vehicle. You are the one that decides which turn to take, which road to travel upon, and when it is time to sit and rest.
These are all important elements to consider as we are working within the Law of Relativity. We have to understand that this energetic exchange that is coming into the planet is not changing the planet into a 7th dimension. It is a trial run.
It is moments of time that is occurring at the end of this month to allow every living organism upon and within the planet to experience a higher realm of light within their consciousness and hopefully, within their physical actualization of those energies. That will depend upon the elements that are arising, how much work that needs to be done within those elements, and if you can hold that energy physically.
It is also a great time of healing. It is a powerful time of manifestation of what you have been desiring to receive can come to you during this time. It is about the synchronization of elements coming into a movement. It is like a flow of a river which has been roaring across rocks with small waterfalls that come into a place of complete serenity. It arrives into the space where the water is running and flowing down for all elements to come together. As the rocks, the trees, the sun, the water and the elements within the water come into a pure existence of serenity, of acceptance.
This is actually what can happen during this time if you allow it to be.
During the times of high accelerations, it is important to be in the flow of what is occurring. I want you to consider what is occurring for you within your life.
What has happened to you through this process and are there any other elements that need to come into the synchronization of the moment?
Is there a flowing energy occurring for you in any of the phases of your life?
And how is this effecting you emotionally and mentally?
At this mid-point stage through the end of the energetic alignment, there can be many issues that are occurring.
As this energy comes in, it can be disruptive as it opening up those centers, the elements within your system that need to be healed, that need to be purged. The most important part of this process is to accept the healing, to accept the change that needs to occur as you realize within yourself that you are going through a transformation and there is always a transitionary phase from one part unto another before that transformation can occur.
It is representative of moments of time coming into completion, coming into the circumference of all elements being the same and allowing them to be part of your experience.
As you sit in the middle of the energy and it starts to come towards you, it spins around you, notice what is occurring for you in all phases.
What is happening for your physically, what happening you emotionally, what is happening within your thought processes and how your think?
What is occurring for you in your soul body of light?
What healing is happening to you?
I know many of you concentrate on the purging that don’t have the realization within yourself that you are becoming someone different. This is very, very important. You must have a stabilization period after you go through purging so that the body can readjust. Not just within the body but all of your internalizations of your emotions, and your thoughts so that the Etheric Body can become one within the physical body.
As this energy comes through you, you vibrate at a different level through this process. Depending upon how well you can ground it, you can become part of those energies in any of your bodily functions. So part of your emotional body can heal the different levels and it will bring forth the ability to understand what you are experiencing.
This brings us to the Law of Relativity. We have to look at this energetic exchange and not just because of Wave-X, or the moon cycles. We are coming upon the New Moon. This is all part of the realization that all things are coming into Oneness. But it must be within each of us individually, first and foremost before it can happen as a Universal or Earth Consciousness.
These are important elements to remember as you are going through these high accelerations. Don’t be so negative in what you are experiencing and don’t allow yourself to get into that phase you are continually ripping yourself apart by finding more that needs to come out of you. You have to find those periods of stabilization as they are the moment that you ground that higher energy into your physical self. If you continually move from one negative element unto another to purge, what happens in between?
There is no space for any adjustment to occur. It truly has to be a process, otherwise you will put yourself into a state of frenzy, you will be in those negative emotions. You will continually think that is who you are and you are not changing at all.
So it is really imperative through these stages to write in your journal;
“Today I purged my insecurity issues representative of my relationship with my co-workers. I saw how I was different. I really want to affirm within myself, that is who I am becoming”
What happens if you just go to another lesson that occurs when you have not learned the lesson. It means that you have not grounded that energy, and that it needs to be repeated until you step away from the old energy to become the new essence. This is all part of the Lesson.
So it is essential to take the time to realize within yourself that growth is happening.
It is very much like when growth within the human body occurs from the infant to the toddler to the little child stages. Each of those are periods of renewal. Sometimes in those growth processes it can be painful for that child as each of you know.
So I ask you to take a moment, many moments after doing cleansing and purification to readjust your energies.
This happens a lot with these higher energies coming in as it is stirring up that Etheric Body. It is creating charges of light to come within yourself so that the elements that do not fit will come out of you. But it is not healthy to be continually be going through that process. It makes you feel worse, it makes others uncomfortable when you are around them because it feels like you are not allowing yourself to realize that you can be healthy in different moments of time.
So I ask you through this process as these energies come about to realize the potential that you have to make necessary changes in your life and to look at the manifestations that you are creating even if it is small like finding a parking spot in a very crowded area. Look at the little simple things that happen to you and then they will grow.
I believe that many of you are receiving great gifts at this time. Being in the right space at the right time allows you to realize that you are changing and growing. Your full body system is accepting all of those elements to come into the circumference of whom you are to bring forth the acceptance of those gifts.
What you receive is going to expand out of you automatically.
Let’s embrace this movement that is occurring and allow the electromagnetic fields of light that represent the Masculine and Feminine Divine in being One from the Source of Light to be part of your existence. These are the elements that are coming up, the parts of you that don’t reflect that totality of balance.
Please know that you are not alone, that every soul upon this earth is going through these elements in different ways, but each of you have the awareness of what it is and how you can get through it.
Embrace that part of yourself fully within you that you are one step ahead of many others.
That is this Law of Relativity. It is all relative as many are not able to do what you are doing presently.

It is I Lord Adama with the Councils of Agartha and Telos.
It is my Divine Pleasure to be with each of you within these moments and as Meleriessee has been sharing, please continue that breath even though I am talking. Try to understand things from your Higher Mind instead of the Lower Mind, the intellect that you have and to feel it. Embrace these energies within. This is truly what we desire to have you experience in this session.
As we are now moving into a new mastery program we feel it will be very helpful to each of you. It is not just about the Inner Child work but the element of your psychological self opening up to the integration of your higher consciousness, meaning your super conscious which is your Higher Self energy with your subconscious. This allows you to change those aspects within yourself that you may still be dealing with.
We have decided to take the process of the 12 Steps of Self Parenting as that is what it represents as each of you as the adult are comparing our sub-conscious mind to be more alliance within your three-body system than you have experienced in any other timeline.
So we take this first step that represents SURRENDER.
I have talked about Surrender many times but in this aspect I want you to concentrate on the elements you have a hard time dealing with pertaining to the issues that come up for you.
How do you allow yourself to not get into the control mechanisms, the lower elements of your ego wanting to control what is happening to you?
Within this state of letting go of that element that you have no control, that you are powerless, it can create moments of uncertainty but it also allows your consciousness to accept the fact that you have faith or the ability to allow these energies to help you move into a higher state of existence.
This is something that is very important at this level to be able to concentrate upon these energies and to see the changes that are occurring for you instead of keep going back to the same issues continually time and time again. A part of that is to realize that when one layer is stripped away, there will be more to be revealed in your consciousness that you need to work upon.
This is the way that it enfolds as you being a multi-dimensional Being of Light and have traveled many light years, millions and millions of them to get to this space in time. You have these remembrances within yourself that may hinder progress or possibly assist you, but you have to be able to differentiate between them of what is needed and what is not needed.
You allow yourself to go into the energy of SURRENDERING in that moment to realize that your Higher Self is going to guide you; it will literally put you in its arms while assisting you through this process you are going through. But what happens is the intellect that you are, the one that has been in control for so many eons of time and not just this lifetime comes into play. Many of you come with such a strong mental body that it is very challenging to let go of those particles within the mental field that have helped you in previous timelines. But they haven’t helped you to become an Integrated Christed Being. The assistance they have given you represent other elements in your lifestyles of the past.
This is the first step of getting into the Core of your Foundation, to allow yourself to realize that you of the physical person that does not have control over these issues that are plaguing you. The control that you do have is to allow your Higher Self to assist you to go deeper into them so that you can find the powerful attributes of Hope, Happiness, Joy, Serenity, and Peace. Then, comes Understanding.
You will not have understanding within your physical mind until you go through all your other doorways. This is something that you must command within your Higher Self, within your Mental Body to tell the Mental Self to relax in order for the Emotional Body to assist in this process. This is truly where you are going to allow the Feminine Divine to be intuitive, to be flowing, to have that understanding, and to give it to the Mental Body. Working only within the Mental Level will only give you anguish, it is going to give you worry, anger, and all those lower aspects that every human person deals within continually. It depends on how they deal with it to come into that space of conditioning of the balance of the Feminine and the Masculine, of the balance of the three minds.
This process we are going through in bringing forth the foundation of the 12 Steps will assist you in learning how your Higher Self can self-parent your Physical Self.
We take it in that context; yes, there will be issues with the Inner Child but we are not just concentrating on these issues. They will come up as that is part of why you are still holding unto these elements. The most important thing that you must consider within yourself is that it is not about your life as the Child, it is not about what you have not received, it is what your Soul has experienced in so many lifetimes that is coming to the surface for you to truly look at, and acknowledge so that it can be healed.
I want you not to take this process of this program that we are bringing forth into just a concept of the Inner Child. It should be in the understanding of your Higher Self Parenting your Physical Self. That is where the work is going to assist you more deeply. Your Higher Self has all the beautiful attributes that you desire. It has patience, love, hope, agility, movement, softness, and assertiveness. These are the elements we want you to bring forth into your existence so that you can understand what your Foundation represents in your life.
As we go through this process together, we are hoping that each of you will start to understand yourself on a deeper level. Remember that understanding comes from your Higher Mind.
If you are having issues within yourself of trying to understand why something comes up for you, do not let your mind go into that space. Allow the essence of Surrender come to you. The Beings tonight are going to bring that more fully into each of you so you can acknowledge it. All of this represents a movement of flowingness; just allowing yourself to move from one space to the other without those thoughts that start to question and desire understanding and not taking a step forward because you do not understand why you are going through that doorway. Don’t worry about that.
When you feel that guidance coming to you, let it fully be embraced.
Utilize the specific leaders of the Ruby Red Flame – Lady Nada, the Elohim Peace and Aloha and the Archangels Uriel and Aurora – to assist you with this energy. Call upon them and feel their energy.
When you call upon their energy to assist you, take a deep breath, feel that Ruby Red Flame, feel that energy coming into your Solar Plexus. Call out their names and allow that energy to come fully within you and not just within your mind. You must move the Mental thoughts of how it is supposed to be in order for it to come into its pure essence of What It Is being expressed within you. This is where the Solar Plexus is going to help. This is why we chose this ray for this first step. In order to truly move into that process of Self Love, Forgiveness, Compassion, Worthiness – you need to embrace the power of the Ray to acknowledge through your Emotional Body what it truly feels like.
This is what you need to acknowledge throughout this month. The more you allow yourself to feel the energy, the more you will become the energy. This is where your Mental and Emotional bodies start to come into the Feminine and Masculine Divine. They are just words without that expression.
As we work through this process, allow yourself to feel what is necessary. If you find that the issues from your childhood are coming up, connect with your Inner Child as that part of you is within your Emotional Body. That part of you is the Child who is still expressing those elements of anger, frustration, of not being good enough and that is how you are going to open up your emotional body to the part of the healing it needs.
But how is that going to be reflected in your physical life now?
This is what you need to acknowledge. It is not just about the healing process of your Inner Child, it is a healing process of whom you have been within your entire Soul’s history and the transformation that you will go through through all stages of your awareness.
There are many of you that come across being very knowing in what you have to do and that can be expressed as aggressiveness. You may not think that is the way you are acting. Realize within yourself, these thoughts.
“Is this coming from my Lower Ego?”
“Am I looking for validation?”
“Is this because no one will listen to me and I come across in a more intense way?”
These are important questions to ask yourself and what may be occurring. When you bring forth that ability to understand from your Higher Mind and not your Lower Mind, that is where the true healing will come from. You must feel it first; you must allow that energy to come within you and express it through your Solar Plexus. Allow that area be filled with these energies to help you go into a deeper part of your existence.
Your Etheric Body is healing deeply through this process. You have to command through all your bodily systems including the Etheric Body that it cannot go on the way it has been for centuries and centuries. It is now changing that multi-dimensional self. The clearing that needs to happen in that level and it can occur Physically, Etherically, Emotionally, or Mentally and possibly Spiritually.
The starting point is allowing the Etheric Body to open up unto these energies and that is what Lord Metatron will assist with this evening.
We believe that this process is going to help each of you to know yourself on a deeper level, a soul level, not a physical level, and to realize that the doorways will open for you physically as you change the emotions and the thoughts as all will come together cohesively in Oneness. Because right now what happens in most individuals upon this planet, and this includes Lightworkers, is that they have defragmented selves in each of their bodies. They are trying to work separately to bring that cohesiveness together but the problem is that they are not communicating within each other. This is what we truly desire to occur for each of you.
I am really happy to come into this stage of the healing process. I think that we will hit a lot of the core values with the program we have put together with Mel and Mike. We think that this is going to be very powerful for each of you in this process.

Let us take a deep breath together and bring forth that energy of what SURRENDER may mean for you.
The first process that you can do within that energy is to try and relax your body through your breath. Bring the energies all the way down from your Crown, through the shoulders and your back. Let it move into your arms. Sit totally relaxed, almost asleep, but you are awake. Allow your muscles and all your cells, everything that works hard to keep your body going to fully relax. Allow the energy to come down through the joints, into the organs, into the bloodstream and all the interworking’s of the physical body. When you command that within yourself, and allow it to be, then it will occur.
This is where you are the driver within your physical self desiring to have more feeling, to be in a different place emotionally and mentally. This is truly where Oneness will occur within each of you. Allow that energy to move downwards into the souls of your feet. This is also the entryway to allow the higher light vibrations to come into the physical body. You cannot do it with your thoughts or emotions. You must achieve it in the higher space of Love, of Light, of your Angelic Presence. That was your first entryway into this Earth as an angel. We are going to help each of you to go back into that space but to blend it with the physical self.

GREETINGS! IT IS I LORD ADAMA WITH THE TELOSIAN COUNCIL OF LIGHT.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING HERE WITH US THIS EVENING. The energies this week are preparing us for this Portal of Light which represents every individual upon the planet to step into a new part of their essence. It is an opportunity and the most essential part is that whatever element you are dealing with presently must be purged in order to have a much better experience of going through the portal as it will intensify energies within you that don’t align with the frequency of your higher self that has been deemed appropriate for you. The best thing to do is to put out your request command with your Higher Self of how you want to experience this portal, and what you would like to bring forth into your life to allow the frequency to come within you with ease and grace. It could be very powerful as the frequency is coming from the Great Central Sun into the planet to infuse upon each of you. The sixth ray is going to be available for everyone to infuse it within their own essence so that we can help Gaia through this process. I want to explain a little bit about how this is working and how the ray of Inner Devotion is coming into the planet. Originally, the planetary level of this ray does not exist anymore, because of the changes that have happened since the Harmonic Convergence in 1987 as that was the planetary level of the color, Indigo. We now have the cosmic level of Ruby Red/Gold, which is more on an individual basis for more individuals to tap into the Higher Essence within themselves to find the Oneness to really accept Universal Consciousness within their Being. Previously it represented religious structures, which had been so prevalent upon this planet so that is now shifting (not completely), but it is changing. So bringing in the Ruby Red and the Gold within your Being after the acceleration will really assist each of you to understand what you are receiving in your highest aspects. It is a time to be really truthful with yourself, to look at your judgments, to think about any processes that are happening within you that are in a lower nature. Anything that you are afraid to look at it means you need to address it whether it is thoughts, emotions, or whether it is timelines that are coming up for you. If there is something going on in your physical body, take a look within the psychological self of what is happening within that area, because it is an indication that something needs to be healed. So take the time to purge so. We can purge through what we learned through Serapis Bey this week of the Crystalline ray (Clarion Temple of Oneness, October 28, 2013), we can purge through the Violet flame, and we can access the Blue flame of the Will and Power. As you are going through the process, we are going to be integrated with the Ruby Red and Gold of the Inner Devotion for those of you that are truly ready to accept that essence. In order to do so, you have to purge the other elements. This is going to assist the planet as it is coming down into the accessibility through the fifth dimensional frequency in to the fourth. The areas that are really full of tragedy, full of war, those geographic areas that are being challenged that do not have peace or the accessibility of this Light are not going to going to be as strong as other areas that are much more positive in the higher realm. If there is too much of a ray within a person or area that cannot hold it, it can cause destruction to occur because it brings forth those elements that don’t fit that frequency of peace, inner devotion, and the ability for individuals to fully look at themselves. But on an individual basis, every individual that is stepping into more of themselves (it may not be in a awakened state- it may be on the inner plane level in their sleep state) they are bringing that essence into themselves; as they are doing so, it is going to affect certain areas. Since we just experienced the Blue flame being fully integrated upon the planet, this ray is going to allow individuals to find that peace within themselves. You must understand that on this accelerated path we must always continue to move upwards in the ascension process so there are different levels of consciousness and understanding the process that occurs within our consciousness. At this time, whatever you are purging is to prepare you for this gateway; then you will feel the essence of the Ruby Red and the Gold within you. How do you feel it? Allow yourself to step into the power with your Higher Self, allow yourself to fully imbue the ray through your breath – be that ray and feel what it is within yourself that you need to be devoted to. What is it within your consciousness, within your thought processes, within your emotions that need nurturing to help you find peace within yourself so that the challenges that you have been coming across do not seem so insurmountable. This is a powerful activation that we are going to be going through because it is a portal. It is a Portal of Light that is coming into the planet but is quite different because it is involved with each individual person that soul that is ready to accept that Light. So what happens to the Ones that aren’t ready to accept it. Well, unfortunately that can cause some destruction; it can cause the energies to rise because, for example, what happens when you have a fire, you try to put it out and at first it gets stronger. You have a fire that you put water to it . The flames will get stronger at first; so it still will dissipate those energies but it can increase energies in other areas.
It is important for each of us as the Torchbearers the Light to hold those energies within ourselves and to feel it as much as possible. We are going to feel a difference within our ability to transform our thoughts, our emotions, and allowing those energies to fully be incorporated within the physical structure. I know that many of you are being challenged physically with the ascension elements that have been happening so it is important for us to fully understand that the moment of peace will blend within one another to allow serenity, to allow the balance to occur, to allow the fluidness to move within your experiences, and within your physicality. So this is a very important week in which we can be challenged by elements coming up. We have been trying to give you some of the most powerful rays that can assist you in this process of finding balance within yourself. We are now going to travel into the Agartha Crystalline City of Shonshe, located within the Himalayas to meet Lord Adama and Lord Herstadt and Lady Felicianeea, Priest and Priestess of the city..
As our Crystalline Seven-Flame Merkabah vehicle now spins from the planetary level going towards the Himalayas, there’s a Vortex of Light that is assisting us to open up these energies. We arrive within the Himalayan mountains, going into the Inner Earth.
There is an entranceway from a Monastery. We meet up with the Monks of this Monastery and they bless us as they show us the way. We walk through a cave in the mountain lit with beautiful Flames of Light of all different colors. We travel through the mountain going deeper and deeper into the core of the earth until we finally arrive to the entranceway of the city. The energies of Shonshe are powerful. Our guides of the Monastery now return to their original location. We thank them for assisting us.
As we enter the beautiful Crystalline City of Shonshe, we can see the beautiful energies within the mountain. Crystalline lights are present everywhere.
Today our visit takes us to a very special place. There isn’t a Temple here, but there is a Vortex of Light. We are met by Lord Adama as he guides us to visit the garden called Heaven within the Earth. As we walk through the many of places of this City, there are others that are waving us on from the City, thanking us for coming to Shonshe.
We see now a beautiful gate that is lined with shrubbery. It goes all the way up to the top of the core of this mountain that we are entering. It is truly a ‘Journey into the Center of the Earth’ with exquisite energies. The gate is open. As we walk through the gate into this beautiful massive garden, it has a 20-mile radius. It goes far and wide. There are many different places within this garden that one can explore.
There are beautiful flowers; there are glistening colors of energies on the rocks with crystals. The shrubbery and the bushes are so full that you can’t really see that you are on the inner sanctum of the mountain.
We are met by Lord Herstadt and Lady Felicianeea. Lord Adama will now take us into a special place as he will speak to us about what this City may mean for us and how we can best experience within the powerful energies within this City.

We arrive at a beautiful Pagoda with Crystalline Lights. We step into the Pagoda and there are seats for each of us. Lord Herstadt and Lady Felicianeea are joining us.
As you settle within your seat here, take a moment to imagine the beautiful scents of the flowers. There are many different types of flowers in this area, some of which you may not even know what types of flowers they are as they represent the purest form of nature. As we sit within the Crystalline Pagoda, I want you to acknowledge within yourself what you are feeling presently.
The City is representative of Divine Mother God. It brings forth Her Purity of Essence allowing every person that is here to express that essence within themselves and to others. These are the aspects of Peace, Purity, Hope, and Faith. It’s almost like taking a breath of fresh air and releasing the lower-self energies that you’re dealing with that are within you.
As there are scents of Roses and Hyacinths, and beautiful energies of so many flowers, there is ivy that grows up around the Pagoda; you’re truly in a place of Heaven within the earth.
I would like each of you to take a moment to breathe this into your own bodily system and into your chakras. Allow the experience of comfort and relaxation to come into your mind, bringing forth the Divine beauty of knowing that all is well, because in this moment, each of us is acknowledging the beauty of nature, the beauty of crystals teaching us, of rock formations, of trees. There’s a slight breeze flowing through the air. That is the breath of DivineMother God extending Her essence within this moment.
So, now I have your attention. The attention needs to be a focus of your present life circumstance and bring forth the blessing that is exhibited within this glorious City to assist you to feel patience within yourself no matter what you’re dealing with. Allow yourself to rest and have a calm sense of the Prana Breath running through your entire full-body system.
It is when we take moments such as these to not allow anything else interfere within the consciousness, there is a special element that can occur. There can be a sense of re-generation, growth occurring that may not have happened without taking this time in this moment. It is imperative that each of you realize this. You are living in a world that is truly in transition. There are many angers, there are many hurts, there are grievances, there is great pain, and great blaming occurring on all levels in the peoples of the world.
Every time someone lashes out and brings forth a grievance through their voice, it reverberates through the waves of the earth. It creates a shadow to be cast upon Gaia. It creates a restriction that each of you are experiencing whether you are consciously aware of it or not.
To survive through these energies, it is imperative for each of you to be your own survivalist of the self. What that means is to incorporate your Divine energies that you are experiencing presently through the Higher Mind and the Higher Heart to bless YOU.
You must remember that you are a Higher Being of Light without a body. You have chosen to come into this body but what occurs is the remembrance of the many moments that you have experienced intensity like what is happening within this world. So, what happens through that energy is a sense of compassion and sympathy for what others are experiencing. This is ALL very good, but it is important to not hold onto that energy, to not bring it into yourself. If you are one that is NOT feeling it in this way, then that may be something that you need to deal with also.
In order to arise into the 5th-dimensional energies, YOU, as that empath, must feel ALL aspects. But it doesn’t mean that you BECOME those aspects, but that you are able to look at another and give Compassion and Love, and Empathy, but not playing the sympathy card. I know this may seem harsh but in truth the evolvement of every individual Soul that comes to the planet is responsible for their own Divine blessing, for their own Completeness, for their own ability to walk through the storm with Courage and Strength.
Each of you are going through your own storms, by that I mean being on this Pathway, opening yourself up to new avenues of understanding, feelings, and thoughts. Those elements are changing every day. It is imperative for each of you to realize within yourself that you are the maker of your destiny. That maker does not mean that you as that physical person must create something upon the earth within the physical realm. It must be created within the Spiritual realm first. That is where the true growth will occur. That is where the Act of Patience comes in.
Being patient to yourself is an Act of Spiritual Service, because when you are not able to be patient, or you are overworking yourself, it is part of the 3rd-dimensional construct. You must take time within yourself to reflect on what is occurring in that individual moment.
Is that energy part of what you need to express? Or are you feeling elements within your own truth of your own Soul’s essence that you have experienced previously, and it is projecting onto your present lifestyle, your present personality?
All of this is very important because, in the way that you react, every person on the earth, in any plane of existence is a mirror for everyone else.
It’s important to realize within yourself what is going on. Are there adjustments that you’re going through, such as a moment of emotional instability? What is happening to you? Go deeper into your breath, use the Prana Breath with the open mouth to GET into the negative energy, to PUSH that blockage out of your system. Then you will be able to realize within yourself the POWER of what you are experiencing, because that’s when the Transmutation comes into Transformation.
At this time, everyone upon the earth has a great opportunity to change themselves so deeply because of what is happening in the outside world. Instead of complaining about it, instead of crying about it, instead of worrying about it; LOOK within yourself of what YOU can change.
This is how we’re going to able to help everyone on the planet to get into a better state of consciousness. It is within that blessing that is absolutely necessary for the exchange of the energies to create a 5th-dimensional consciousness.
Every individual person is responsible for their own effect within themselves and upon the world outside of themselves. This is what many individuals do not remember, or they don’t ALLOW themselves to realize that every one of you is the maker of your destiny. You are the maker of the world’s destiny and what occurs in the outside circumstances.
You may say to me, “Well I can’t control what the politicians do, or what celebrities do, or how they think.” No, you cannot, but what you CAN control is your own ability to love yourself more deeply to accept the changes that you are experiencing to allow them to be in a healing state.
No one is perfect and, yes, I have faults also. What it comes down to is taking inner responsibility for your emotions, for your thoughts, for the way you think about your life, what you DO for your life and to not blame others, not blame situations.
What is occurring within the world presently, especially in the United States of America, is that these awarenesses are coming to surface. These elements have been happening for a very long time. Racism has been a part of this country. For this country to be the Ascension Capitol of the world for North America, not just the United States, each of you have a responsibility to uphold the best reflection of yourself. When you don’t hold this, know that that is just a part of your healing process.
Every Soul upon the Earth is healing deeply.
Some Souls will not understand my words. They won’t get the gist of what I am saying as it is not a part of their awareness. It is not even part of their intelligence and that is okay. But each of you that stands here in this beautiful garden KNOWS within yourself that you have a responsibility to bring forth this Divine Light into your Full-Body system to assist this planet, to assist Gaia, as that is your role.
First and foremost, the healing process must continue for each of us individually. No one is exempt from this. Every individual Soul must look at themselves with the Truth of the Light of God. That is what this cycle has represented: Spiritual Service to Yourself is God’s Light. Allow that to shine within you to transform the darkness that has been held within your full consciousness of the Etheric Self of all the lifetimes that you have had.
This Earth has gone through great metamorphosis time and time again. But now it is time to bring more Light unto the planet.
This transference of Light is one of great challenge.
The first thing we need to do is to allow the essence of Hope. There is hope My Dearest Ones. Allow this Hope to be within you for the traits that are within your personality that you don’t like, for the elements that you want to re-create.

Take deep prana breaths as we create a group Merkabah. We’re going to travel to the City of Telos and will be meeting up with Lord Adama in Telos. Our beautiful vibratory Merkabah vehicle filled with the Violet-Pink Flame and crystal light energy travels from the planetary existence into the area of Mount Shasta moving into the mountain. The vortex opens up to allow us to come and be received by the beautiful Agarthan Beings of Light.
As we come into the Temple, we arrive into the beautiful garden that is on the lower level of the city. Lord Adama is waiting for us with Lady Galactia. As we now walk through the beautiful garden, there’s a fountain in the middle and you can see in the distance that there is a waterfall, beautiful trees, flowering plants, greenery, and beautiful buds of different colors. The vibrancy is so strong that it brings forth that illuminating energy that is representative of the Violet-Pink Flame we are working with for tonight’s journey.

Greetings! Thank you so much Lady Mahlariessee for bringing everyone into our beautiful Garden of Light.
I wanted to give my Discourse this evening within our City of Telos as I’d like each of you to feel the beautiful qualities that are here within the Garden to assist each of you to feel the calmness, feel the beauty, opening your Heart, allowing the flow of Divine Energies to come into you and through you, and around you.
It’s a beautiful time. As we gather together in these energies, all of the community of Telos and the Agarthan Cities are waiting in anticipation for the Wesak energies to arrive.
As with the Full Moon on the 7th of May, the influx of energies will be felt. If you haven’t already been feeling them, then open up your Heart and allow yourself to know that if you are experiencing any emotions, if you are NOT existing in your world as you usually would, please know it is because each of you are being PREPARED.
The true event is when we gather together in Shamballa on the 9th of May with Walking Terra Christa. Today is my dedication to them for presenting such a ceremony around the world for people to experience these energies as they are very much a part of the existence of The Brotherhood and Sisterhood of White Light which each of you participate in.
I would like to prepare each of you by allowing your own physical self to open up into any possibility that will occur within your consciousness, within your Heart Center, within your mindset, within your bodily system to put forth the miracle that you desire to have created in your world. Allow those energies to flow within you to assist you to allow them to become manifested in the physical realm.
My wish is for every soul upon the Earth to be able to experience these energies as we ARE and WILL be. If we could have every soul take moments such as this and experience the Divine Energies of CHANGE and VIBRATION to come into the full body system, then there would be an upsurge of healing within humanity; allowing for the depth of the energetics of the New Earth to become ever more present in ALL our realities.
As we, in the Agartha Network of the Inner Earth ChristedCities. bring forth unto each of you our blessings, our moment to allow each of you to feel OUR hearts, OUR vibrations, and that we walk with you through this great momentous change.
When Wesak occurs, throughout the ceremony we’re all sitting on the top of the mountain so to speak. We are with Lord Buddha; we are with each of the Divine Masters that will be speaking through Mahlariessee’s voice. Each of THEM is EXTREMELY honored to be able to work in the way that they have been through her essence. I feel the same way. It allows each of us to be centered within HER essence. HER essence gives to us the ability to have the spiritual communication and the communion of being without a body yet within the body.
This is what we want for each of you for Wesak. We want you to FEEL the Divine Energies of each of the Masters. We want you to feel the essence of Shamballa. We want you to feel the community. In order to do so, we want each of you to open up your Hearts. The important part of this process is to not allow ANY condition that you may think about or hold within your consciousness to be that reality. There is nothing more important for this Ascension Festival than to HOLD the HIGHEST quality of INTENTION within yourself so that you can be MORE to your physical self than you were in the previous moment.
My understanding is that as all our belief systems within the Agarthan Council ofLight truly feel that this Wesak will assist humanity. It will assist humanity to realize that LOVE CAN BE the guiding force through all the damaging energies that are occurring presently. If we COULD wake up every individual and tell them that is something that they have all gone through before, and not repeat the same mistakes, we would BE right there with them. But not all will be awakened to these possibilities.
It’s important that each of us and each of you stand tall within these Divine Energies of the Wesak of The Brotherhood and The Sisterhood of White Light with Lord Buddha, The Office of the Christ, all the Ray Chohans, all the Divine Beings that WILL be presenting themselves. It means that they are intertwining their energies unto each of YOU to assist you and to help you to realize that we are ALL part of the same energy, we are Oneness.
But not UNTIL we take those breaths, not UNTIL we ALLOW the mental thoughts to dissipate, not UNTIL we allow the emotional reactions to be displaced and to ALLOW the Divine Energy of ‘what is’ in that moment, to BE that moment, and to ALLOW THAT FULL embodiment of ‘what is to be’ for each of us for this planet to come into a higher state of elevation.
That is TRULY what, I, and each of us in Telos and the Agarthan Cities, believe will come to pass because more IS coming to pass. There are more openings. The Agarthan Network a few years ago would not even listen to what I had to say about Walking Terra Christa, yet here we ARE gathering together in the beauty and the love right within our beautiful Garden of Light.
I ask you NOW in this moment to feel that blessing, to feel the comradery that is coming to you even though we live in different worlds. We are not able to live in your world and you are not able to live in our world. The change has to occur for that to be, but we are here to assist you with this presently.
I, as Lord Adama through Lady Mahlariessee, work diligently to assist each of you to come into a sense of relationship of your Divine Self into your physical self without the ego, allowing your Higher Ego to be ever present.
Be STRONG, be COURAGEOUS, stand UP to adversity, allow your DIVINE TRUTH of your I Am Presence, of your Higher Light Essence, of your Solar Angel to GUIDE you through the many challenges that will occur later.
Wesak is a time of renewal. It is the time of the communication of love and acceptance to come into each of our hearts so that we blend together into the Oneness that has ALWAYS been intended for us before we came into existence upon this Earth or any other planet and before we came into existence of the Angels.
I ask you to be humble.
I ask you to allow the senseof humility to come to you through this process.
Break away the ties thathave BOUND you to the dysfunctional Earth.
Break away those elements that no longer serve you as a spiritual Being of Light.
FEEL that essence that you ARE, because that is truly where you will HOLD the most Divine Light within you. It will shine and it will spread to all parts of yourself that are fighting it; by allowing each of us to come together in this way in this moment.

Yes, we tell you when things are not going RIGHT, we bring to you the TRUTH; ALL because we desire you to see and become who we have been, what we are doing within our cities to allow them to be the Continuation of Light for the New Earth.
We have a very, very long way to go, but this Wesak is CRUCIAL. So, HOLD on to it as deeply as you can, Become IT, ARRIVE in it, and it shall be yours.

As we gather together in Love, we extend to you our deepest compassion at this time of great transformation. It is a day to truly express to you our innermost extension on this day you are celebrating Gaia, Mother Earth.
I believe that each of you are coming into a new understanding of what Earth Day may mean to you. It is not about the Corona Virus or the other challenges upon the Earth, but it is a blessing of realizing the livelihood of a planet to enrich herself with purity and respect.
It is not just about the products that you are using, or the trash that you dump into the lands and waters, but what is within your true heart for Gaia. She is holding herself up high in the face of adversity, and has been doing so for millions of years.
It takes a planet to form a consciousness so that each individual soul that holds that equating light within themselves are aligned with the true essence of the planetary structure.
We know that Earth has gone through many levels of misunderstandings. The history of the world is very apparent to each of you as many have lived these other lifetimes to be able to come into a space of purity at this very time. The energy that has been infused within the planet during these timelines is very intense and strong, but yet, Gaia has held herself in the best of circumstances.
We, in Telos, and each of the Agarthan cities hold the highest respect for Gaia and that is why we live where we do, and stay true to our ideals of what we desire to be, to become, and to project unto the Earth. We are grateful that we can support ourselves in the ways that are necessary to uphold our communities of light.
This is exactly what each of you are learning at this present time. Covid-19 has given humanity a wake-up call and it is important that each of you rise to the occasion to become that pure essence of light within you.
We understand that you, whether you consider yourself a Lightworker, a Starseed, or a Galactic Being of Light, have traveled on the Earth many times before. The light you are bringing presently from other timelines represents the ability to have your heart essence to be focused upon the depth of healing that needs to occur within you.
This is so very true as what you bring with you, as a Soul, is here on the Earth. It has traveled within your Etheric Self so that the elements can be revealed. This is due to the fact that Earth is the planet of Love, but yet it cannot be acquired without the truth of how to arrive within that essence of Love. This planet we call Earth is the formation of how to receive Love by transmuting the previous elements and remembrances that occurred in your past.
Earth is a planet of transformation ~ it holds the ability to transcend the old elements from these timelines to receive the purity of Love. That is why so many parts of the Earth are absolutely magical and beautiful while many other areas hold the opposite effect.
Duality occurs so readily upon this earth, but it is up to each individual soul in how they are going to let duality play out in their personal scenario. It is a place in which souls come to receive the ability to be Love in the physical, but yet, for many, it is a challenging journey to get to the core element of Love within themselves.
Presently, the world is in a state of silence. This is helping Gaia to assist each of you to become more Love within yourself than at any other time upon this planet. The most important element in all you are experiencing is that when you, as a species, allow yourself to stop the chatter, the interaction of the world as it has been created, and reflect on the finer qualities of Love, Music, Art, silence of the Mind, that the true transformation is occurring.
I want you to realize within yourself how much this time has helped you to get to know yourself on a much deeper level than you did before. What elements are arising for you to assist you to become more heart centered and compassionate towards yourself?
The focus I want each of you to realize is that if you don’t take care of yourself, then the energy you send out to another is going to reflect the dysfunction that is held within your lower self. You don’t even have to be thinking about any lower essence; it will just go into all elements upon the Earth.
You, as the Lighworkers, must realize that you are going through an internal healing process; it might be deeper than you know. As your four-body systems are going through an overhaul process.
This means that the healing you are receiving is directly being sent into Gaia’s core essence. She is feeling the silence and she is helping others that cannot be in silence (like the essential workers) to receive these light infractions.
Earth Day is not just about the physical conditions within and on the earth. It represents the exchange of energies as each soul that walks this planet has a four-body system and what is being expelled within them is emitted outside of them.
It is important to realize that at this special time of transmutation and transformation it is important for each of you that are aware to take better care of yourselves. Utilizing cleansing protocols and clearing is essential as this virus is Fear-Driven and will cause your energetic fields to take on this energy.
The best advice I can give to you is to prepare yourselves every day to be pure within your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions. The debris of the darkness is being felt by Gaia, but each of you can do your part to change that.
I have been worked with Lady Mahlariessee for 20 years and our work together has helped each of us in Agartha to understand what each of you are going through. I also asked her to work more directly with Lord Ashtar as she had a process of building Ascension Columns in her home to assist in bringing forth more light energies to create sacredness.
A few years ago we created the Ascend.Earth project to help others to build these ascension columns around the world. Lord Ashtar has seen a change occur in many areas of the world. Utilizing this process will assist Gaia to receive more light energies.
We have seen an increase of healing light occur especially in the Mount Shasta area. Lady Mahlariessee works with Lord Ashtar to increase the light energies around the world in their monthly Festival of Lights Ceremony.
I share all this because I believe this is the gift that can be given to Gaia. It will not only assist you in your Etheric Self but it will assist the Earth to clear out the debris that is still overhanging in the Etheric Level of the planet that represents timelines of past experiences on the Earth. We like to call these Pantheons and they need to be put into Oneness, Wholeness of the 144th dimensional frequency of light. These are moments in time when strife and destruction occurred on the planet which needs to be cleared in order for Gaia to move forward.
We don’t want any of you to repeat your lessons from your past incarnations. It is a time to allow for the Karmic Rebirth to occur and allow the Divine Love that Gaia holds to be felt by every sentient being upon the Earth.
It is a time of celebration even though tragedy is all around you. Look to the good that is occurring and not the challenge you are going through. Every lifetime has these occurrences, but at this time, it represents Changing the Foundation of the Earth, creating Sacredness and Divine Love.
Taking care of Gaia is taking care of yourself first and foremost.

Let us take a deep breath together as we allow our hearts to intertwine within each other creating the ONE HEART OF CONSCIOUSNESS.
It is important for each of you to realize that this is the space you need to be in presently. You, as the Lightworkers, you, as the Initiates, are the Ones that are standing in front of the entire consciousness of humanity assisting every individual to realize within themselves that this is truly what they need within their own realities.
The first way to do that is through the pure essence of Divine Love of what the Divine Mother gives to each of us without interference from anything else; it is the purity of it, it is the acceptance that no matter where you are in your life, whom you are, what you look like, or what you think about, you deserve to access the Purity of Love.
There are many souls upon the Earth that are not doing very well with what is occurring presently with the Coronavirus along with the elements that are happening in many geographic areas, but there are many that are and may not even realize how deeply they are affecting others by becoming more peaceful, more loving within their families, and most of all becoming more loving within themselves. Some may be of thinking this is an act as that is what they have to do for their loved ones. But in the true sense of the word, there is a great essence of transformation that is occurring presently in a new and different manner.
The more the people reach out to one another with love, the more that love will be expressed within the lands, within the hearts of the many, within Gaia and she is totally feeling this message that is occurring for each of you. This means that your role as an Initiate learning more about yourself is the most important journey that you can take.
Some may say, “How is that so if I am connecting more with my own self desiring to heal it, isn’t that being selfish when everyone else in the world is hurting the way that they are?”
That is a consciousness statement of the third dimension. Every soul upon the planet must take care of themselves and it doesn’t mean that they have to do that 24 hours a day, but there has to be moments within that day that self-reflection occurs. Doing something for your physical body is important now with so many individuals are in quarantine within their houses, there has to be an aspect of “How do I help myself through this process?”
As each of you are learning through this transformative journey that is occurring presently, you already have been doing so. If not, you should allow what you have been doing to increase. If you have spent previously an hour a day on your Inner Self, then you need to do a little more than that because the consciousness of the world presently, of the earth, is one of great affliction with great pain and suffering of sadness, of grieving.
It is one of great unknowingness of how this is going to turn out and the only element that is going to assist every soul upon this earth is the internalizations of their own life.
The power of that is so very strong that it can be sent through the waves of light transference to everyone else around the world. There is a sense of personal acceleration that occurs in those moments, and we in Telos, are doing are part with vigilance to bring forth this purity of Love unto each of you and the planet.
We are especially concerned with all of the Light Workers, because they are the ones taking on this energy the most. It is important that we exercise caution to really project unto each of you that it is important for you to stand strong. It is essential for you to acknowledge within yourself that this transformation you are going through presently, you have experienced previously in another lifetime.
If that is the case, it should give you strength with the ability to say to yourself, “I am going to do better this time, I am going to stand up in the face of adversity, and I am going to hold strong to the essence of Divine Mother Divine Father God and all that I am being taught by Walking Terra Christa, because this is the source of the light that will assist you deeply, that will heal you in so many ways.
As you allow your vibrational energy to arise above the concept of the 3rd and 4th dimensional duality that is occurring presently, it is within that time and space that will allow you as one that has inhabited upon the earth at this time to really, not just to survive, but to truly be in a state of complete acceleration.
So each of you are being tested to hold unto as much as you know, to bring forth the divine energies as much as you can. We talk about de-ascending your highest sense into the physical self and that is what Ascension really is.
It is not about leaving the earth plane but it is about actually changing the conceptual knowledge that occurs within your Mental Self, changing the frequency so that you, as this person, feels more coming into your consciousness. Learning to rise above the darkness that is ensuing around the planet presently, and to assist as many people to do the same by holding onto this frequency of light should be your present focus. Doing so will truly assist you to flourish, to heal, to change your cellular structure become more of the Light body and allow the carbon based body to dissipate.
People are hurting every where and this is the reality that each of us has to accept no matter where you are located.
The strength and the power of the energies presently is allowing each of you to go to higher level within yourself. It is allowing you to accept things in a completely different manner than you have before. If you feel the need to run away, please don’t do so. That is why it is a testing period; that these divine energies are going to assist you even more of what we are bringing forth and helping you with.
Remember we are in the phase of Resurrection with the Festival of the Christ which is very soon. This month is in preparation for that energy. Realize within yourself what you want to change. Of course, all of us would like to resurrect this virus, the energies are occurring with the dysfunction that is occurring between leaders and the people that don’t understand, but you must realize your own Truth through this process. Incorporate that within yourself, allowing these divine energies that we are bringing forth, that Lady Mahlariessee is working diligently these days morning and night to bring them unto the planet and to assist each of you to do the same.
Extend it into yourself deeper than you have ever before. Be present within your consciousness of the higher realms of light. Utilize your protection, utilize the tools and the element of fear when you go outside of your houses to be removed. Don’t be ego-centered about this. Some may think, “Oh this is not really true, this is not what is really happening.” The virus is real; how the virus is coming to all of these people is still unknown. We cannot reveal that energy presently, but the testing period represents is to allow that purity of Love to come into everyone’s heart, to expand upon it, as you are the Creators of this Purity of Love. Allow it to flow through you and around you; outside of you. Moments like this we are all assisting each other, but most of all yourself.
