It is my pleasure to be with each of you in this moment. I am Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos with the Agarthean Council of Light.
Working within the Crystalline Flame is an essential component to experience the rejuvenation of your Soul’s Essence. You are removing the limitation, the belief systems and the emotions that have fully held you back.
If you allow yourself to step into this flame, it becomes more part of you than you realize. It allows you to flow more than you have previously so that your mental thoughts do not stop you from the process.
As we gather together at this time, it’s important to reflect on what you have been, where you’re going, and what you want to aspire to in your existence. This is not just in your physical body but it’s in your four-body system, your Mental, your Emotional, your Etheric and your Physical. If you allow each of these bodies to be embraced with this Divine Light, then you are going to open up the doorway to a higher existence than you have experienced in previous moments.
But the work is not easy. It is very challenging and does not allow an individual soul to have command within their lower mind.
Master Serapis Bey, who is the Ray Chohan for the Ray of Harmony & Balance Through Conflict, is very intense but loving. He wants to see every initiate walk through those doorways. When they are not able to, he will look at what is stopping that process. I urge each of you to call upon Master Serapis Bey at this time.
The energies on and around the Earth are not in a very good space so it’s important that each of us as these Initiates and Masters and Souls of the Divine Light attune themselves to those Higher Realms of Light to help themselves and the Earth.
The forces of darkness are very strong at this time, and they can come in many forms and many levels. You must be aware of what is occurring. You must allow yourself to accept that you are a Divine Being of Light. But you don’t hold that Light in your physicality. Your Light Quotient is probably very low. You may think that it is high, yet it gets lost in the process. After you meditate that Light Quotient increases so you have to continually work within your consciousness to become that Light Quotient, to become that Love Quotient, to become all those quotients to accept the Divinity of Love, of God’s Love that we are all a part of to be cemented within your full-body system.
Allow the Root Chakra that theCrystalline Flameworks through your Full Body System to become so infused within these energies that it helps you to flow into the next directive phase, that you don’t have to think twice about what you’re doing, to utilize your cleansing and your clearing processes to remove psychic debris that can be attached to your field. Unfortunately, it is a true reality, but it is at this time the Earth is transitioning into a higher level than has been occurring previously.
That is what this year represents. It represents Completion which means completing the old cycles. We’re moving out of what has occurred previously and we’re starting a New Beginning.

As we gather together this evening and reflect upon what the journey is within yourself; it’s important to have perceptions within you fully through your Higher Consciousness. If you call upon those Divine energies what Mahlariessee just brought forth, allow the Strength of the Blue Flame to come into your full consciousness, into your Heart. We want to open up the Higher Mind so that the lower mind can blend with its energies.
I want to talk a bit about Spontaneous Actions.
What is spontaneity? How is it represented within the way we act, the way we feel, the way we express ourselves?
Well, it’s very much a part of Agarthian and Telosian communications within ourselves and within each other. It’s the flow of ideas and the flow of these ideas can shift and change from moment to moment depending on what the circumstances are, what the energy fields are giving us, and how we fully communicate through those energy fields.
It’s important that once a decision is made about something to remember that it is not held in stone. It doesn’t mean that it’s going to be the only thing that will happen to you. Because what happens is that many individuals on the Upper Earth tend to get upset when things shift and change.
Now, if they’re doing the changing it probably is a different feeling. But when you are accepting something from an outside source, say that you have a meeting or say that you are in communication with someone, say that you have a lunch date, and that other person cannot make that exact time. What happens within your emotional self? Do you get upset by the fact that those changes had to be made and how do you adjust yourself so that it is not a problem energetically for you, because these emotional challenges can happen at any given time in your reality. It’s important to realize within yourself what needs to be adjusted and that it is not in alignment with everything else that is occurring at a certain point in time.
Now, if you say to yourself, “Well, that’s better for me that the time has changed.” You’re okay with it. But what if it isn’t better for you? What if you have something else to do that interferes with that appointment shifting? Well, then you would probably get upset. But what you communicate to the other party of what you are experiencing, Communication is the Key. Since we’re working with the Throat Chakra it is very imperative that you speak from your HEART through your THROAT of exactly what you are experiencing.
When you allow yourself to be more spontaneous through changes such as this, you will see a growth pattern happening to you. The changes will affect you in certain ways to assist you in the process of your growth emotionally and mentally. Now, there can be a shifting of energies within your bodily system that you are not aware of but the process that we are pinpointing for this cycle about spontaneous transformation means that your Emotional Body accepts the changes that you are going through and accepts the transformation that occurs within that spontaneous act or thought or feeling.
Because if you are restrictive within yourself and you say, “Well, I can’t DO that.” There has to be a good reason. Say that you have another appointment or that you promised someone something, you need to make a phone call that will interfere with what you’re supposed to be doing, maybe it’s just that you are being OBSTINATE and saying to yourself, “I don’t want to do it then. Why do these changes have to happen to ME? Why am I having to go through this?” Well, the universe provides every person with opportunities for growth. Then within that experience it becomes a growth process.
You must understand that in living in the fifth-dimensional energies, you need to be Spontaneous with every element that you encounter, because you’ll be finding that if you don’t do so, that you allow yourself restrictions. Then that experience of not accepting the change will cause you elements of lack of understanding, or lack of consideration.
It’s important that each of you realize within yourself Spontaneity represents all elements from your Mental Self to your Emotional Self and within your Physical Self and how the reflection of those changes occurs within you.
When you become very accepting of changes that occur in your world, then that allows you to be more flexible. That truly is the process that we go through on the fifth dimension. Because when one holds themselves in a restrictive pattern, they have a hard time getting out of that situation. The emotions get triggered, the mental thoughts are not as clear as they could have been. The process of all these energies is VERY important in consideration of your GROWTH.
So, as you’re working with these energies, remind yourself where you are not spontaneous in your healing process. What are the parts of you that you don’t accept? And what are the parts of you that are flowing better because you bring forth that acceptance into your world?
So, what we mean by the ability to be Spontaneous in your Transformation is to accept the downfalls, accept the upheavals, accept ALL that is happening to you, because it is bringing you into a greater capacity within yourself.
You will thank yourself later for being so flexible, because you are honoring not only yourself but anyone else that is involved in that decisive factor which goes out into the Universe.
The vibrations of what occurred are very crucial to your understanding energetically within your full consciousness.
So, remind yourself of this as you’re going through this process. Don’t be so hard on yourself of having to acknowledge the dark places within your Soul’s journey, because they are just to be brought into the Light.
I am Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos bringing forth the Divine energies for this segment as we work with the Agarthians on a more personal and intimate level.
When you allow yourself to be fully open through the Divine qualities of the Rays of God then you are opening your chakras to receive that Divine energy but also purging any energies that represent the opposite of what that ray brings forth.
The Golden Yellow Ray, the one that we are working with presently is especially important. It represents the energy within our Crown chakra which extends all the way through all the chakras. It is like the Guiding Light of the entire chakra system, the chakra grid, your Etheric Self representing those chakras.
When you allow yourself to fully open yourself up unto the energies of the GOLDEN YELLOW FLAME, then it becomes more integrated within your consciousness, and it brings forth those Divine qualities that we are working upon presently. It is about being compassionate to ourselves through the Act of Patience.
Through each challenge that you receive being an initiate, it is important to hold onto that Divine energy within yourself that allows you to stop and re-direct your energies into that element of being more patient with yourself. Individuals tend to be less patient with themselves than with others at times. But that projection that is inside yourself is particularly important and that is why this ray is extensively more important than the first RAY OF THE BLUE REPRESENTING WILL AND POWER.
Within this flame of the GOLDEN YELLOW OF LOVE AND WISDOM you learn to acquire the skills to uphold all those elements within yourself such as commitment to yourself, honoring what you are achieving, but also allow that honor to be expressed within your Mental and Emotional consciousness. Because everything stems from those areas within the thoughts and feelings which then projects outside of yourself, it is important to change those elements with each of these bodies. It is how you are going to change inside and outside of yourself.
If you are imbalanced within either of these bodily systems, then it is going to be a reactive process that occurs for you in your outside world. So, you must be committed to your goal and as an Initiate, that is your job.
It is not our job as the Masters that have already achieved that status; it is about you and what you want to become within yourself.
So, the positive qualities of this ray bring forth that ability to become more patient with yourself, to be persistent, to be loving, to understand the aspects of what Ascension Mastery brings to you in the form of teachings as a Soul. It allows for the illumination of those highest qualities to come to you from your Higher Self and your I Am Presence to give you the ability to go deeper into your full consciousness that your Higher Self and I Am Presence holds for you.
It is when you stop that process through your Lower Self Consciousness or your Personality Self you are doing just the opposite of what this ray represents. That is why I say it is the most important formal ray to really become within your walk as an Initiate. When you can allow yourself to hold these characteristics within your full-body system then you become more of that Initiate towards Mastery.
What happens in that process is the Lower Ego, the physical ego gets in the way. If your subconscious mind is full of negative non-Christed thoughts, then that is the result that you will get outside of you and into the outside world. So, it is important to make this step within your consciousness to say unto yourself,
“This is who I am. I am patient. I am loving. I am compassionate towards myself. I allow my full-body system to experience the challenges, but I always concentrate on what my Higher Self is guiding me to do.”
That is the most essential element that you can call upon through these energies, the shifts that you are experiencing walking this pathway in a physical body. It is not always going to be as smooth as you would like it to be. So, you must find the moments of joy within your heart.
What is it that feeds your passion to become more compassionate to yourself?
These are the qualities that as an initiate you want to uphold within your full consciousness to change what does not relate to that energy so that you become more evolved with what you are experiencing.
I, as Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos am deeply honored to be with you, and I walk with you through these energies. I do not fully understand what you are going through as I am not a third-dimensional person in the current lifetime I am holding. I do understand what needs to be done so I give you Compassion to have Patience.

Greetings My Dearest Souls, Friends, Comrades, and Initiates.
I am Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos with the Agarthian Council of Light.
Welcome to our first session of 2024. This year is going to be very magnetic for each of you and each of us along with the human consciousness within the Earth.
The energies for this year represent that Infinity symbol as has been explained earlier by Divine Mother Father God of the Mirror-Image of what you receive from the Higher Realms to come into the lower realms. This will allow your four-body system to be mirrored into these Divine energies. So, what you are in the HigherRealms of Light you can become in the physical realms.
The most important part of this process is to remind yourself to not negate it with self-talk from your Lower Self. This is fundamentally important, because negative self-talk is only a reflection of your Subconscious Mind. It reflects your lower self, your ego self. You want to reflect with your Higher Ego with the consciousness that you were before you came into body.
This year we will be working more within the Solar Angel to assist each of you to come into a new sense of yourself so that the reflection of your Divine Self, your Angelic Self, the part of you that was without a body before you came into humanness or any planetary system to be the true reflection. Because sometimes within human consciousness, it can be particularly challenging to try to reach that part of yourself.
So many individuals think that just because they are meditating that they are reaching their Higher Self Consciousness. It is a step-by-step process.
This year we want to help each of you to acknowledge each of those steps within yourself and not jump over any areas in between, because that is when you fall back into your old reality.
This is fundamentally important for you to realize. If you can acknowledge it within your full consciousness, in your mental consciousness of who you are as a physical being and then command that through your invocations that you want to change that reality within yourself, then it becomes your True Focus.
We initiated the first cycle of these teachings to represent the Illuminating Essence. There is a reason for that because of what this year represents.
We want to remember that reflection of what is in the Higher Realms and bring it down to your physical realm. This is something that must be worked upon, that one must concentrate within one’s own consciousness to go into that higher state. It does not just happen automatically. For each of you on the Upper Earth it becomes extremely challenging because your lower self’s mental attitude wants to go back to that reality that you have always known.
So, you must command within yourself that is not what you are going to do. That every part of your day is going to reflect the blessing that you are, the Divine Love that you are. This happens in full consciousness not just in your meditative state.
The goal is for each of you to acknowledge this within yourself. I can talk forever on the subject, or any Master can speak about it, but until you fully allow yourself to integrate what we are saying energetically, then it is not going to help you.
From this point forward remind yourself, “What is the word Initiate mean to you?”
You are an INITIATE.
You are initiating the energy to come into your full-body system so that you can work through it, walk with it, and change the debilitating thoughts and feelings that you hold from your Etheric Self of the many timelines that you have experienced. Some may concentrate so much on those timelines that it becomes all that they can think about. In truth that is not what we want any of you to do.
We want you to reflect upon those timelines and then say to yourself, “That is not me any longer, so I forgive myself for whatever I experienced or what I put upon other individuals, and I move into the blessing of the Rays of God.”
THIS IS THE FIRST STEP OF THE RAY OF LOVE AND WISDOM.
Just allow this illuminating light to come so deeply into your full consciousness. Of course, it is associated with your Crown chakra, but I want you to illuminate it everywhere. I want you to illuminate it within your heart. I want you to illuminate it within your lower chakras, your lower limbs. If you have joint problems or anything such as that within your body, put this energy into your limbs. Breathe it in. Feel it so deeply. Let it come into your physical body to heal aspects within yourself that you may be challenged by. You will be surprised in what occurs when you allow yourself to be the initiator of your own Divine Self to be accessed in all ways, not just mentally, emotionally, or not just meditatively, but Fully Becoming It.
Let us take a moment right now and allow that energy to fully come within you, that illuminating light that Mahlariessee just brought forth with the visualization. Feel it. Feel the warmth of the Sun within your Heart and all aspects of your beingness. Allow it to heal. Allow it to warm you up, to invigorate you, to give you permission to every part of yourself and hold that there and allow it to dissipate the elements that are stopping that progress.

Blessings to each of you; I am Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos speaking to you from the Command Center within Telos connecting to each of you in this moment.
Let us all take some deep breaths with each other.
As we breathe within our Heart Centers to connect to the One Heart Essence, take this moment of allowing each of our hearts to blend with each other as we come into a state of receiving Divine Love.
It is very important for each of you to realize within yourself that you can think mentally about Divine Love, but until you fully take it within yourself through the feeling stages of your emotional body, then you are not truly accepting that Divinity of Love.
Then, what happens through this process is that you may go through a moment in which you are frustrated, anxious, or you feel fear in certain situations. It is very beautiful to realize that within a moment’s notice you can allow yourself to go into your breath and accept that Divinity of Love within your Heart Essence as it is a part of you. It is an integral component of your soul’s essence, it’s where you came from.
Although what occurs through this process of being upon the Earth Plane for lifetimes and lifetimes or other planetary existences, you forget.
We want to remind you not to forget; that the Veil of Forgetfulness has been lifted from humanity through the Spiritual Hierarchy. That is important for each of you to realize for yourself that you have the power to make the necessary changes within your consciousness and within your feeling levels. It must come first and foremost through the purity of your heart to feel that essence.
So as we take this breath together, I want you to visualize that each of us from Telos is giving you the One Heart as you are giving it back to us. We know that you do transmit love to us; it is important to realize that you are not alone, you are not isolated, and you must have faith within your physical consciousness that you are able to arise out of the turmoil even if it is just for one moment in time to feel that compassion for yourself, to allow it to grow within you, to become more a part of your consciousness. The more often you are able to do this, the more it will become a habit. You won’t even think twice about it as you allow yourself to become more fully integrated within the Divinity of Love Within You.
It is the cornerstone of your soul’s essence, it is the cornerstone of what you bring to the Earth, it is the cornerstone of what you receive from the Earth.
It is important to not to allow those other elements to get in the way of the third dimensional society of what is in the media, what others are saying, what you may be thinking.
If you take this deep breath into the source of whom you are, what happens to you?
You start to relax; you start to embody it. You become more of what you desire to be than you ever have before. All of this is very important; it truly is your guide that is absolutely necessary for you to embody within the processes of all that you are becoming, Step-by-step if you allow yourself to bring forth the Divinity of Love, you will realize that it represents Compassion, Softness, and Emotional Vulnerability to flow within you like a beautiful river. It represents the Ebb and the Flow of the pure essence of Love.
As we extend it to you in these moments, I want you to take this moment right now and extend it to yourself. Extend it to the parts of you that are hurting; extend it unto physical issues, emotional issues, mental issues, and let that love go deeper than it ever has been previously. As we breathe together, I want you to feel the heartbeat of our Oneness coming into the One Sacred Heart.
The One Sacred Heart is not just us in Telos, it is representative of Divine Mother Father God of the Cosmic Source of Light, it is representative of the Unified Whole Command of the 144th dimensional level, and all those dimensions in between that are part of that Unified Whole energy; it is part of the Great Central Suns (Solar, Galactic, Universal, Multi-Universal, Cosmic) of imparting their light unto the earth presently so that you as a human can fully accept these energies within your consciousness. This process has one goal – to let it grow deeper and deeper than you have ever held within you until your Etheric Self is Divine Love and allow your full body system to act accordingly. Because your Etheric Self is the memory status; it is your computer of everything that has occurred for you good, bad, and indifferent.
What we want to do is change all those indifferences into positive elements, affirmations, actualization’s, and the rest to be dissipated into wholeness as that is no longer your purpose to feel the depth of lower energies within the self but to grow deeper into the capacity of all that you are experiencing in every way.
Let us take one last breath together as we connect fully to the Divinity of Love.
It is pretty amazing what can happen in this process. If you can imagine that love coming to you as you are breathing it into your heart from each of us, opening up your emotional body than it has ever been before; it will allow you to grow to become the evolving soul that you are desiring to become. I will not say that memories will not come up; that you will not have to grieve, as you will.
In any process of transformation, the original form needs to be dissipated and transferred out of its present status. So if that transference represents compassion, instead of agression, that energy has to go somewhere. Within that process your psyche, your Three Minds, your consciousness is going to go through a process of having to grieve and let it no longer be part of who you are.
THE BEAUTY OF ALL OF THIS IS AND WHAT IT REPRESENTS, IS THAT IT WILL BRING FORTH THE ABILITY TO TRANSFORM. THAT’S WHERE THE TRUE GIFT OF DIVINE LOVE OCCURS.

Greetings Everyone,
It is good to be back within these energies. I am Lord Adama, High Priest of Telos with the Agarthan Council ofLight.
Let us continue with those breaths as all of our hearts connect with each other opening up our energies allowing the flow of vibrancy to come fully within your consciousness, within your feeling levels, within your chakra system, your Central Canal vibrating with the Crystalline Light that you have already brought forth. Relax with the incoming Light energies.
The Crystalline Flame can be very strong. It can be very disruptive, so we want to make sure that you ground that frequency. So, I am going to call upon a little bit of the Emerald Green color to blend with it. Just sparkles of Emerald Green to come into your Root area into your existence. As you allow your Root chakra to be your guide, visualize that spinning of the Root area in that clockwise manner from the bottom to the right, to the top and the left and circling those energies, let us open up that Root area so the expansion of these energies can truly assist you.
So, I want to talk about EXPANSION.
It is important to allow yourself to let go of any misconceptions or understandings that you may have of how to expand your consciousness, how to expand your Light energies, and how to open your chakras. Because your third dimensional thought process will try to impede your own progress, it comes from your psychological self.
There are so many elements happening in the world, on the planet and you will pick up the thoughtforms and sometimes you may not even understand why. It is just because you are opening up your energies. So, it is important to become ONE within your Inner Self within the breath. Understand that the breath is a relationship of your Higher Self to the physical body. Without it, you do not have the accessibility to step into other worlds of dimensions. Some individuals may disagree with that concept.
Many humans that are very gifted when they awaken will go through a process of opening and think that that is the true answer. But what happens within those energies is that an individual can become so bogged down with what they are experiencing that they do not allow themselves to take a cautionary step for themselves. This is how the dark side gets involved within the psychic phenomena. It is very important to not allow that to occur.
So, the Expansion Of Your Mind, the Expansion Of Your Consciousness, the Expansion Of Your Four-Body System To Allow More Light Energy to enter that system, requires great diligence of allowing your Higher Self to be the defining factor.
As a human of the 3rd dimension, and one that has traveled many lifetimes, this can seem very overwhelming. It is within those energies that an awakened individual can become belligerent and say, “I want to do it the way I want to do it. I do not want to listen to anyone else. I am the right person for me, and I have the right answers.” And, as we know, this is not always so. It takes great practice and diligence through the Prana Breath, through the moments of silence of that breath, to allow that Divine energy to come into your physicality.
You must have the willingness to fully accept the defining energy that is occurring within your system. And, in order to do that, you must have the freedom within your consciousness to not adhere to any old beliefs that you may be held within your personality.
I know it seems like it is a lot. It seems like you are constantly having to battle the forces. And, spirituality should be easier, correct?
But you have come onto a planet of great duality which is very strong presently within this year. It brings forth an idealism that ALL is being handled by the Higher Realms of Light and that all you have to do is just sit back and receive the benefits through that process. But Ascension Mastery is different.
As an Initiate you awaken and so many Lightworkers are not fully aware of their initiations, so they stay in a space where they think they know the best, their ego (the Personality Ego) is in control even though they are accessing Higher Realms of information.
But, in truth, how well does one know what is occurring for them at that stage?
What happens with that information and where is it coming from?
Because every Soul that awakens in that concept has a film over them, the Veil of Forgetfulness. But it is more than that. That film is a structure to NOT ALLOW that individual person to grow exponentially through their spiritual essence. And that is why it can take many years or lifetimes to work through these energies and to have the realization within yourself that there is so much more to the Universal Structure than you imagined there was.
This process is NOT easy, but it is necessary for the Expansion of Your Mindset. We talk about the Three Minds: the Conscious Mind, the Subconscious, and the Super-Conscious.
The Super-Conscious represents that Higher Light energy, the Higher Self, and the I Am Presence. The Subconscious holding these thoughts good or bad and reacting through the Conscious Mind which is the one that perceives all thought processes from the Sub-Conscious.
So, if you take time to allow the expansion of the vibrational energies to come into your consciousness, you will begin to see that expansion happening within you. And it may just be a flicker, a moment, like a fleeting star shining in the sky and then it disappears. Because that is how it has to occur in the beginning into the structure of the Subconscious Mind having the control mechanisms.
In order to expand all parts of your system (the Mind, the Emotions, the Etheric Self, and the Physical Self) it takes great moments of Inner Reflection. And I cannot emphasize this more that the period of using your breath and being in silence will assist you to become that Higher Consciousness. Within that silence you will start to allow that Light energy to come into your expanded consciousness so that your Physical Consciousness can feel it.
It is available. It is available through your Super-Conscious.
But the door is not always open to allow that Higher Consciousness to be part of your Physical Consciousness. And it will not happen in the reality of your physicality as you may think it is. It must happen through those expanded states of awareness through the Prana Breath, becoming One with the breathing, and through the activation of all the chakras.
The chakras are the doorway to your Expansion to All That You Can Be, to all of your Higher Light Bodies, to all of what you desire to be. So, I implore each of you to take moments during your day, even if it is just for five minutes, to allow yourself to sit and breathe that Prana Breath, and then release the debris, and allow that flow of energy to come IN and then OUT, and IN and then OUT.
You will find, through this process, that it will open up your Super-Conscious Mind to assist you more fully. And thus, allow the blessing of an expanded consciousness development to occur within the Full-Body System. It will bring great health, it will bring calmness, it will bring the acceptability of the lower elements to be released just by using your breath.
So, I ask you to make it a task for yourself. Test yourself and see how this feels after 21 days. They say it takes 21 days to make a habit. Sometimes it takes more. Allow that flow of energy to come fully within you and around you.

Greetings, greetings, greetings, I Am Lord Adama High Priest of Telos with the Agarthan Council of Light happy to be connecting with each of you once again.
As we stand in the energies of this new year of 2020, bringing forth a sense of excitement of enthrallment as we are coming into a new part of ourselves
It is important for each of you to realize that as this Initiate that you are experiencing within your physical walk, that what you experience is directly related to your Higher Bodies of Light to your Higher Self, to your Monad, to all that you are in that source of light, and not just within the personality of your physical self.
This is going to be your greatest challenge.

Some of you may have already noticed that when you don’t connect fully within your higher energies, what occurs for you. It can be very detrimental. It can be so challenging and it can cause great grief, but yet if you allow yourself to continually intend to work more fully within your Higher Consciousness with everything that you say, with everything you think, with everything you are in each moment, then you will be able to aspire to more greatness in the physical world.You are the driver of all of your bodies, you are the driver that takes the pathway, goes to the different directions to experience life. Some may think that this is just a moment and you are going to be transported to a higher level of existence, not on the earth.
I know we have talked about this previously. Many of the masters have talked about it. You are the TORCH BEARERS.
What happens to a torch? You put into the ground and it shines brightly lighting the way for others. In order for you to be that torch, you must acknowledge that light that is not part of your physical existence to become part of you. Within that process, the journey that you take, the path, the walk that you decide upon must be acknowledged by your Higher Consciousness because if it is not, then you will have to work through the karma of your Etheric Self, your personality will be in charge, and what you experience may not be what you could have experienced.
It is up to you in this point in time if you are going to take the HIGH ROAD or the LOW ROAD. The Low Road would be your physical consciousness.
Now it doesn’t mean that your physical consciousness is not important as it is very, very important but it is a blending of all the Three Minds (Conscious, Sub-Conscious, Super-Conscious), a blending of everything we have talked about throughout the years.
It is a blending of what Ascension Mastery represents, it is a blending of the Love, the Wisdom, and the Power, it is a blending of all those bodies together becoming One within you own consciousness. So it is important to realize that what you are going to be experiencing is not always going to be beautiful, but one that is transforming. That is what you have to look upon.
As you’re setting your Intentions for this year, we want each of you to aspire to the highest vibrational energies to assist you in the process. Your Lower Ego will argue with you, as that is what it is meant to do. It is meant to keep you informed until that Lower Self, the Lower Ego can finally SURRENDER and to LET IT BE of what you are experiencing. To allow all that you are encountering to be Lessons.
It is important for each of you within your consciousness to realize that all that you come across of the challenges and the achievements are LESSONS. When you have a SUCCESS, it represents that energy that you stayed strong within your Higher Consciousness to walk through a New Doorway. That is the greatest part of success.
I employ each of you to work diligently, to let go of the lower self thoughts within your consciousness, the Lower Self that wants to judge, that wants to be right. There is no right or wrong, there is just “WHAT IT IS, AS IT IS”.
Within that representation, it is important for you, as the Initiate, for this year to remind yourself of your Intention, whether you have to write it on a piece of paper, leave it on a space where you can see it, or put it on your phone or computer, to remind you every day and as many moments as you can that this is who you truly want to be.
As you look at those intentions, what is it that you want for yourself?
To be more loving, to be more compassionate, to be accepting, to be more diligent and that’s all for yourself, because that is being that Torch, that Golden Torch, as a Being becoming the Christed Self.
As you go through this process, take those moments when you have truly felt a success to be your own Inspiration.
That is why we chose these words for this first cycle as it is important to hold true in those intentions, and to be that inspiration down the road. Acknowledgement is your key to realize within yourself as Divine Mother Father God (Clarion Temple of Oneness Teaching, January 13, 2020) shared so eloquently the other night about being that Soul that came into this body that was ready to do a job and had no qualms or questions, but just felt the Divine Love as you came into Creation.
So the Creative Process now is to allow your Higher Essence of all the Light Bodies Lady Mahlariessee brought forth previously that represent your I Am Presence Consciousness, all those elements within yourself to be able to walk through the doorway of the challenges.
Sometimes it will be very, very difficult for your Lower Self, but it is not difficult for your Higher Self who understands. This part of you is with you continually and assists you as much as possible. You must remember that you must do your part as the Driver of this four-body system of your consciousness to say “This is what I want; this is who I want to be; this is how I want to feel; this is how I desire to experience my life.”
Great healing will come; health will be better; the vibration will assist you. There may be times that it will be challenging, and you will need to take a break. That is because you need to integrate and that process can be very debilitating as you want to do otherwise.
Remind yourself with your breath with the Higher Energies that you are learning to access within yourself. Utilize the tools that have been given to help you through this process and we, as the Masters walk with you hand-in-hand every moment you allow us to do so.

It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian and Agarthan Councils of Light opening up the energies of all the Agarthan Cities and the network we are all a part of.
Once again we are in the midst of great changes through the higher frequencies of Light coming into the planetary levels making adjustments and changes within the planet and within all of us.
As we stand in this cornerstone of light frequency of Wave-X, we have to understand what these higher frequency alignments represent.
They are coming into Gaia, in the core of her substance which is her crystalline system to emit these energies through all the kingdoms within her domain which includes each of us in human form. As this energetic exchange comes into each individual, it will make you feel quite different in many ways because this frequency of light is a 7th dimensional level. As always as what I have shared previously, it is a vortex of energy coming into your system and through it to help you make the necessary changes within your lives, and your pathway. That is why so many individuals that are not aware of these energies are going through great physical issues and ailments because of the debris they have held in their consciousness within their Etheric Body is going through their four-body system.
Now for each of you that are desiring to be in a higher state of excellence each of your bodies are being affected also. It relates to your lessons and what you learn in your daily life, in your physical consciousness, and how you are able to ascertain what is occurring for you from the higher realms and what is actualizing in the physical realm.
These planetary alignments are opportunities for more growth to occur. I hear so many lightworkers say that they are challenged and hurting during these times of acceleration. But each of you has a responsibility to your own self-healing. No one can do it for you. Others can show you the way. We, as the masters can assist you, but in truth you are the one that is the driver of your vehicle. You are the one that decides which turn to take, which road to travel upon, and when it is time to sit and rest.
These are all important elements to consider as we are working within the Law of Relativity. We have to understand that this energetic exchange that is coming into the planet is not changing the planet into a 7th dimension. It is a trial run.
It is moments of time that is occurring at the end of this month to allow every living organism upon and within the planet to experience a higher realm of light within their consciousness and hopefully, within their physical actualization of those energies. That will depend upon the elements that are arising, how much work that needs to be done within those elements, and if you can hold that energy physically.
It is also a great time of healing. It is a powerful time of manifestation of what you have been desiring to receive can come to you during this time. It is about the synchronization of elements coming into a movement. It is like a flow of a river which has been roaring across rocks with small waterfalls that come into a place of complete serenity. It arrives into the space where the water is running and flowing down for all elements to come together. As the rocks, the trees, the sun, the water and the elements within the water come into a pure existence of serenity, of acceptance.
This is actually what can happen during this time if you allow it to be.
During the times of high accelerations, it is important to be in the flow of what is occurring. I want you to consider what is occurring for you within your life.
What has happened to you through this process and are there any other elements that need to come into the synchronization of the moment?
Is there a flowing energy occurring for you in any of the phases of your life?
And how is this effecting you emotionally and mentally?
At this mid-point stage through the end of the energetic alignment, there can be many issues that are occurring.
As this energy comes in, it can be disruptive as it opening up those centers, the elements within your system that need to be healed, that need to be purged. The most important part of this process is to accept the healing, to accept the change that needs to occur as you realize within yourself that you are going through a transformation and there is always a transitionary phase from one part unto another before that transformation can occur.
It is representative of moments of time coming into completion, coming into the circumference of all elements being the same and allowing them to be part of your experience.
As you sit in the middle of the energy and it starts to come towards you, it spins around you, notice what is occurring for you in all phases.
What is happening for your physically, what happening you emotionally, what is happening within your thought processes and how your think?
What is occurring for you in your soul body of light?
What healing is happening to you?
I know many of you concentrate on the purging that don’t have the realization within yourself that you are becoming someone different. This is very, very important. You must have a stabilization period after you go through purging so that the body can readjust. Not just within the body but all of your internalizations of your emotions, and your thoughts so that the Etheric Body can become one within the physical body.
As this energy comes through you, you vibrate at a different level through this process. Depending upon how well you can ground it, you can become part of those energies in any of your bodily functions. So part of your emotional body can heal the different levels and it will bring forth the ability to understand what you are experiencing.
This brings us to the Law of Relativity. We have to look at this energetic exchange and not just because of Wave-X, or the moon cycles. We are coming upon the New Moon. This is all part of the realization that all things are coming into Oneness. But it must be within each of us individually, first and foremost before it can happen as a Universal or Earth Consciousness.
These are important elements to remember as you are going through these high accelerations. Don’t be so negative in what you are experiencing and don’t allow yourself to get into that phase you are continually ripping yourself apart by finding more that needs to come out of you. You have to find those periods of stabilization as they are the moment that you ground that higher energy into your physical self. If you continually move from one negative element unto another to purge, what happens in between?
There is no space for any adjustment to occur. It truly has to be a process, otherwise you will put yourself into a state of frenzy, you will be in those negative emotions. You will continually think that is who you are and you are not changing at all.
So it is really imperative through these stages to write in your journal;
“Today I purged my insecurity issues representative of my relationship with my co-workers. I saw how I was different. I really want to affirm within myself, that is who I am becoming”
What happens if you just go to another lesson that occurs when you have not learned the lesson. It means that you have not grounded that energy, and that it needs to be repeated until you step away from the old energy to become the new essence. This is all part of the Lesson.
So it is essential to take the time to realize within yourself that growth is happening.
It is very much like when growth within the human body occurs from the infant to the toddler to the little child stages. Each of those are periods of renewal. Sometimes in those growth processes it can be painful for that child as each of you know.
So I ask you to take a moment, many moments after doing cleansing and purification to readjust your energies.
This happens a lot with these higher energies coming in as it is stirring up that Etheric Body. It is creating charges of light to come within yourself so that the elements that do not fit will come out of you. But it is not healthy to be continually be going through that process. It makes you feel worse, it makes others uncomfortable when you are around them because it feels like you are not allowing yourself to realize that you can be healthy in different moments of time.
So I ask you through this process as these energies come about to realize the potential that you have to make necessary changes in your life and to look at the manifestations that you are creating even if it is small like finding a parking spot in a very crowded area. Look at the little simple things that happen to you and then they will grow.
I believe that many of you are receiving great gifts at this time. Being in the right space at the right time allows you to realize that you are changing and growing. Your full body system is accepting all of those elements to come into the circumference of whom you are to bring forth the acceptance of those gifts.
What you receive is going to expand out of you automatically.
Let’s embrace this movement that is occurring and allow the electromagnetic fields of light that represent the Masculine and Feminine Divine in being One from the Source of Light to be part of your existence. These are the elements that are coming up, the parts of you that don’t reflect that totality of balance.
Please know that you are not alone, that every soul upon this earth is going through these elements in different ways, but each of you have the awareness of what it is and how you can get through it.
Embrace that part of yourself fully within you that you are one step ahead of many others.
That is this Law of Relativity. It is all relative as many are not able to do what you are doing presently.

We are now going to travel into the Agartha Crystalline City of Shonshe, located within the Himalayas to meet Lord Adama and Lord Herstadt and Lady Felicianeea, Priest and Priestess of the city..
As our Crystalline Seven-Flame Merkabah vehicle now spins from the planetary level going towards the Himalayas, there’s a Vortex of Light that is assisting us to open up these energies. We arrive within the Himalayan mountains, going into the Inner Earth.
There is an entranceway from a Monastery. We meet up with the Monks of this Monastery and they bless us as they show us the way. We walk through a cave in the mountain lit with beautiful Flames of Light of all different colors. We travel through the mountain going deeper and deeper into the core of the earth until we finally arrive to the entranceway of the city. The energies of Shonshe are powerful. Our guides of the Monastery now return to their original location. We thank them for assisting us.
As we enter the beautiful Crystalline City of Shonshe, we can see the beautiful energies within the mountain. Crystalline lights are present everywhere.
Today our visit takes us to a very special place. There isn’t a Temple here, but there is a Vortex of Light. We are met by Lord Adama as he guides us to visit the garden called Heaven within the Earth. As we walk through the many of places of this City, there are others that are waving us on from the City, thanking us for coming to Shonshe.
We see now a beautiful gate that is lined with shrubbery. It goes all the way up to the top of the core of this mountain that we are entering. It is truly a ‘Journey into the Center of the Earth’ with exquisite energies. The gate is open. As we walk through the gate into this beautiful massive garden, it has a 20-mile radius. It goes far and wide. There are many different places within this garden that one can explore.
There are beautiful flowers; there are glistening colors of energies on the rocks with crystals. The shrubbery and the bushes are so full that you can’t really see that you are on the inner sanctum of the mountain.
We are met by Lord Herstadt and Lady Felicianeea. Lord Adama will now take us into a special place as he will speak to us about what this City may mean for us and how we can best experience within the powerful energies within this City.

My Dearest, Dearest Friends!
Thank you for being with us. Come, follow me. As we walk through this pathway, there are beautiful flowering bushes and plants. It’s like a very special pathway secluded from other parts of the garden. As we walk on this pathway, I want you to feel the exquisite energies that are within this City.
We arrive at a beautiful Pagoda with Crystalline Lights. We step into the Pagoda and there are seats for each of us. Lord Herstadt and Lady Felicianeea are joining us.
As you settle within your seat here, take a moment to imagine the beautiful scents of the flowers. There are many different types of flowers in this area, some of which you may not even know what types of flowers they are as they represent the purest form of nature. As we sit within the Crystalline Pagoda, I want you to acknowledge within yourself what you are feeling presently.
The City is representative of Divine Mother God. It brings forth Her Purity of Essence allowing every person that is here to express that essence within themselves and to others. These are the aspects of Peace, Purity, Hope, and Faith. It’s almost like taking a breath of fresh air and releasing the lower-self energies that you’re dealing with that are within you.
As there are scents of Roses and Hyacinths, and beautiful energies of so many flowers, there is ivy that grows up around the Pagoda; you’re truly in a place of Heaven within the earth.
I would like each of you to take a moment to breathe this into your own bodily system and into your chakras. Allow the experience of comfort and relaxation to come into your mind, bringing forth the Divine beauty of knowing that all is well, because in this moment, each of us is acknowledging the beauty of nature, the beauty of crystals teaching us, of rock formations, of trees. There’s a slight breeze flowing through the air. That is the breath of DivineMother God extending Her essence within this moment.
So, now I have your attention. The attention needs to be a focus of your present life circumstance and bring forth the blessing that is exhibited within this glorious City to assist you to feel patience within yourself no matter what you’re dealing with. Allow yourself to rest and have a calm sense of the Prana Breath running through your entire full-body system.
It is when we take moments such as these to not allow anything else interfere within the consciousness, there is a special element that can occur. There can be a sense of re-generation, growth occurring that may not have happened without taking this time in this moment. It is imperative that each of you realize this. You are living in a world that is truly in transition. There are many angers, there are many hurts, there are grievances, there is great pain, and great blaming occurring on all levels in the peoples of the world.
Every time someone lashes out and brings forth a grievance through their voice, it reverberates through the waves of the earth. It creates a shadow to be cast upon Gaia. It creates a restriction that each of you are experiencing whether you are consciously aware of it or not.
To survive through these energies, it is imperative for each of you to be your own survivalist of the self. What that means is to incorporate your Divine energies that you are experiencing presently through the Higher Mind and the Higher Heart to bless YOU.
You must remember that you are a Higher Being of Light without a body. You have chosen to come into this body but what occurs is the remembrance of the many moments that you have experienced intensity like what is happening within this world. So, what happens through that energy is a sense of compassion and sympathy for what others are experiencing. This is ALL very good, but it is important to not hold onto that energy, to not bring it into yourself. If you are one that is NOT feeling it in this way, then that may be something that you need to deal with also.
In order to arise into the 5th-dimensional energies, YOU, as that empath, must feel ALL aspects. But it doesn’t mean that you BECOME those aspects, but that you are able to look at another and give Compassion and Love, and Empathy, but not playing the sympathy card. I know this may seem harsh but in truth the evolvement of every individual Soul that comes to the planet is responsible for their own Divine blessing, for their own Completeness, for their own ability to walk through the storm with Courage and Strength.
Each of you are going through your own storms, by that I mean being on this Pathway, opening yourself up to new avenues of understanding, feelings, and thoughts. Those elements are changing every day. It is imperative for each of you to realize within yourself that you are the maker of your destiny. That maker does not mean that you as that physical person must create something upon the earth within the physical realm. It must be created within the Spiritual realm first. That is where the true growth will occur. That is where the Act of Patience comes in.
Being patient to yourself is an Act of Spiritual Service, because when you are not able to be patient, or you are overworking yourself, it is part of the 3rd-dimensional construct. You must take time within yourself to reflect on what is occurring in that individual moment.
Is that energy part of what you need to express? Or are you feeling elements within your own truth of your own Soul’s essence that you have experienced previously, and it is projecting onto your present lifestyle, your present personality?
All of this is very important because, in the way that you react, every person on the earth, in any plane of existence is a mirror for everyone else.
It’s important to realize within yourself what is going on. Are there adjustments that you’re going through, such as a moment of emotional instability? What is happening to you? Go deeper into your breath, use the Prana Breath with the open mouth to GET into the negative energy, to PUSH that blockage out of your system. Then you will be able to realize within yourself the POWER of what you are experiencing, because that’s when the Transmutation comes into Transformation.
At this time, everyone upon the earth has a great opportunity to change themselves so deeply because of what is happening in the outside world. Instead of complaining about it, instead of crying about it, instead of worrying about it; LOOK within yourself of what YOU can change.
This is how we’re going to able to help everyone on the planet to get into a better state of consciousness. It is within that blessing that is absolutely necessary for the exchange of the energies to create a 5th-dimensional consciousness.
Every individual person is responsible for their own effect within themselves and upon the world outside of themselves. This is what many individuals do not remember, or they don’t ALLOW themselves to realize that every one of you is the maker of your destiny. You are the maker of the world’s destiny and what occurs in the outside circumstances.
You may say to me, “Well I can’t control what the politicians do, or what celebrities do, or how they think.” No, you cannot, but what you CAN control is your own ability to love yourself more deeply to accept the changes that you are experiencing to allow them to be in a healing state.
No one is perfect and, yes, I have faults also. What it comes down to is taking inner responsibility for your emotions, for your thoughts, for the way you think about your life, what you DO for your life and to not blame others, not blame situations.
What is occurring within the world presently, especially in the United States of America, is that these awarenesses are coming to surface. These elements have been happening for a very long time. Racism has been a part of this country. For this country to be the Ascension Capitol of the world for North America, not just the United States, each of you have a responsibility to uphold the best reflection of yourself. When you don’t hold this, know that that is just a part of your healing process.
Every Soul upon the Earth is healing deeply.
Some Souls will not understand my words. They won’t get the gist of what I am saying as it is not a part of their awareness. It is not even part of their intelligence and that is okay. But each of you that stands here in this beautiful garden KNOWS within yourself that you have a responsibility to bring forth this Divine Light into your Full-Body system to assist this planet, to assist Gaia, as that is your role.
First and foremost, the healing process must continue for each of us individually. No one is exempt from this. Every individual Soul must look at themselves with the Truth of the Light of God. That is what this cycle has represented: Spiritual Service to Yourself is God’s Light. Allow that to shine within you to transform the darkness that has been held within your full consciousness of the Etheric Self of all the lifetimes that you have had.
This Earth has gone through great metamorphosis time and time again. But now it is time to bring more Light unto the planet.
This transference of Light is one of great challenge.
The first thing we need to do is to allow the essence of Hope. There is hope My Dearest Ones. Allow this Hope to be within you for the traits that are within your personality that you don’t like, for the elements that you want to re-create.
There is great HOPE for ALL of us. We thank you for being here within the Crystalline City of Shonshe so that we can acknowledge each other from the highest purest sense of Spirit.
